A softbox gives the softest difference between light and shade. For example, you use a softbox for portrait and product photos.
A softbox grid is used to control Light Spil. This can be especially useful in smaller spaces. The soft light of the softboxes is not influenced and the grid gives you more control over the direction of the light. The fabric grid is equipped with Velcro attachment at the ends, making it very easy to attach the grid to the softbox.
