Vortex has a wide range of optical instruments which are designed and fabricated to high standards for hunting, sport shooting and nature lovers. One of the things that makes Vortex Optics unique is the "VIP Warranty" that applies to many products. VIP in this case stands for "Very Important Promise". Vortex makes a promise to the customer; "Unconditional lifetime warranty, no matter what happens". They promise to repair or replace your item if it is broken, except for deliberate damage or damage that does not interfere with the product's functioning, such as cosmetic damage.

A customer came to us with his Diamondback 20-60x80 Spotting Scope. He had dropped this from his tripod. The tripod mount was broken and the internal optics were also defective. Within a week we could provide the customer with a new spotting scope and the customer could spot birds again.
