Prevents Glare: Made from matte black plastic with strategically placed anti-glare angles.

Quick Loading System: The film is advanced or pulled through without the need for traditional bucket constructions. This minimizes vignetting on the edges with a sloped design beneath the film.

Stability: The kit includes rubber feet for stability and can be used with or without the VALOI Advancer. It is optimized for full rolls, but it also works with cut strips, although the flatness may vary.

Film Holder: The 35 mm film holder can be used to hold the film separately or together with the VALOI Advancer.

Usage Recommendations

It is recommended to use thin cotton gloves during scanning to prevent damage to the film.

Additional Accessories Required

To obtain the final image, additional accessories are needed, including a digital camera, a macro lens, and a light source.

Compatible with standard 35 mm (135) film up to full frame size or larger when performing digital stitching. The holder is designed to fit snugly and mask sprockets for maximum quality. Depending on your cameras frame size, which may vary by 1-2 mm, there may or may not be a black border around the frame. The holder can be manually adjusted using a fine file, or the Custom Series Sprocket Holder can be used to crop the frame to the desired size.
