The SMDV Free-7s Professional Radio Slave Kit is a complete set to trigger a 220 Volt flash head from a distance of about 30 meters. With sixteen standard channels and six separate groups, the Fee-7s is ideal for working in busy locations or with multiple lighting setups. You attach the transmitter to the hot shoe of your camera. The receiver connects to the flash head.
Unlimited creative lighting possibilities
Wireless flash with the SMDV Free-7s gives you added flexibility for studio shoots. With the transmitter you can control the brightness of each flash head individually. This gives you a lot of freedom in creating different lighting setups. The set works with radio waves in the 2.4GHz frequency band. This has the advantage that the signal is spread all around and that you can even place a flash head behind a wall.
Quick and easy installation of the SMDV Free-7s
The set consists of two main parts, a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter is placed on the camera and uses the middle contact of the hot shoe. The receiver is connected to the power supply of the flash head. You connect the receiver to the flash head with the short AC cable and then you connect the power cord to the receiver again.
Faultless operation in busy environments
The SMDV Free-7s is a 16-channel transmitter/receiver with six groups that you simply set to the channel of your choice. This way, you don't have to deal with interference from other transmitters in the area and you can even work with multiple photographers in one studio without any problems. The transmitter runs on one AA battery.
