It also has a few surprises that offer you several contrast options. The 1.5 and 2.5-stop front diffusion fabrics offer ways to manipulate the light. Additionally, a removable 1.5-stop internal baffle softens the initial point source of light and allows it to fill the entire softbox more evenly. The 45 fabric grid provides directional control to enable selective lighting. The Light Dome SE has a Bowens-type speed ring compatible with lights such as the Amaran 100d, 100x, 200d, 200x, Aputure LS 600d Pro, 300d II, 300x, and the 120d II, as well as many other lights that use this popular mount.
