The SmallRig 4830 Extension Mount Plate Kit for Sony FX3 / FX30 XLR Handle is designed to improve the strength and grip of the XLR handle and provide attachment points for accessories. The XLR handle extension is ergonomically designed to improve the grip and strength of the original XLR handle for easy installation of accessories.

Hawlock
The patented self developed quick release structure (called HawkLock) covers the cold shoe and NATO rail. It is used in combination with HawkLock eco accessories, such as the Magic Arm 4490, etc., for smooth insertion and self locking to improve the efficiency of disassembly and reassembly. At the same time, it is compatible with traditional cold shoe, NATO Clamp eco accessories. 


Attachment options
In addition, the XLR handle extension has built in 1/4 20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8 16 mounting holes and 1/4 20 mounting holes for mounting accessories such as the Magic Arm 3873 for professional creations.,
