The close up filter is designed based on 50mm standard lens. The longer the focal length is, the more obvious effect will be. If you use wide angle lenses to shoot, vignetting may be caused. 
It is not recommended that close up filters are stacked for use. It is also not recommended to mount various filters to close up filters.
