Yongnuo LED Light YN-1200 - WB (3200 K - 5500 K)

Description

The Yongnuo YN1200 is a compact, high-power LED lamp designed for lighting large film sets, both in the studio and outdoors.

The lamp’s light panel is made up of as many as 1,200 high-performance LEDs, half of which emit light with a colour temperature of 3,200 K and the other half with a temperature of 5,500 K. Thanks to the functionality of changing the intensity of the light generated by the individual groups of LEDs, the lamp offers the possibility of smoothly adjusting the power and colour temperature of the light between 3200 K and 5500 K. The natural characteristics of the emitted light are evidenced by the high CRI coefficient (95+).

The lamp allows precise control over the direction of incidence and the character of the light generated. This is made possible by integrated gates and magnetically attached light modifiers – a milky diffuser and a CTO filter.

The diffuser placed at the front of the lamp diffuses the light and gives it a pleasant softness (eliminates harsh shadows).
The orange CTO filter produces a much warmer light colour.
Both modifiers provide additional protection for the light panel against damage. The lamp is also protected against overheating thanks to an effective ventilation system.

The lamp can be controlled via a control panel, located on the back of the unit, and wirelessly using a remote control or a mobile app on a smartphone. Both remote methods allow grouping and control of the operating parameters of multiple lamps simultaneously.

Power for the YN1200 can be supplied via a 19 V / 5 A mains adapter or four NP-F series lithium-ion batteries. The two power options make the flash ideal for both studio and field use. The lightweight design and 1/4″ female tripod mount allow for ‘handheld’ work and tripod mounting.

A protective case for the lamp and a handle are also included.
