The JJC EW 83N Canon lens hood is designed for the Canon RF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM lens. It helps prevent unwanted stray light from entering the lens by extending and shading the end of the lens.

Additional Protection

The lens hood is made of ABS plastic and has a matte non-reflective finish on the inside to further reduce lens flare. The lens hood allows you to fit a 77mm filter and a 77mm lens cap. As the end of the lens is extended, you also benefit from extra protection against unintended shocks.

Reversible for Compact Storage

The lens hood can also be placed backwards over the lens for more compact storage. The JJC LH EW83N replaces the Canon EW 83N lens hood. With the lens hood on, there is no vignetting.
