The professional Hard Graduated ND8 (3 Stop) Filter Plus+ offers a fixed light reduction of 3 f stops for balanced exposure and better dynamic range in hard graduated light conditions.
By blocking 3 f stops of light from half of your image, you can balance your exposure when the foreground is darker than the background such as mountain landscapes. The hard graduation ensures natural blending of light.
The Plus+ series has 20 layers of nano coating that make cleaning easier and provide better protection against water, oil and scratches. These layers also provide higher maximum light transmission and a more consistent transmission curve for more faithful light reduction.
For best results, use our Hard Graduated ND8 Plus+ with lenses with a focal length of 35 mm and above. For ultra wide angle lenses, we recommend our Soft Graduated ND8 Filter Plus+ as it offers a more natural blending of light.
