This toner, by converting it into a more stable and archival-resistant silver selenide, helps preserve prints for a longer time.
When used with warm tone papers, it produces cool chocolate brown tones; with neutral tone papers, it creates purplish brown tones; but on cool tone papers, its effect is very minimal or nonexistent.
For optimal print protection, it is recommended to use a dilution of 120. If you want to increase shadow contrast and achieve maximum density with minimal tone changes, you can use a dilution of 120 or 140. This toner can also be used with black and white film.
