New product
The Yongnuo YN565EX III is a new edition of the popular flash from the Yongnuo journalistic brand, designed for use with Nikon cameras. High power, a number of useful functions, and an optical remote control make it an essential tool in the bag of every amateur photographer or professional.
The YN565EX III for Nikon cameras has a flash guide number equal to GN 58. High power combined with a wide range of adjustment (from 1/1 to 1/128, with 1/3 EV step) allows you to choose precisely the correct value for the existing lighting conditions of the scene.
The Yongnuo YN565EX III can be triggered in various ways:
This function allows you to adjust the power of the flash operating in automatic mode, i-TTL. After setting the compensation, all flashes will be performed with a predetermined correction power, helping you achieve the desired effect. For example, setting the FEC at -1 EV will reduce the power of flashes so that the illuminated subject is underexposed by 1 exposure.
This mode enables creative use of flash effects at the beginning or end of exposure. The YN565EX III offers flash synchronization with both the first (early exposure) and the second curtain (end of exposure), allowing you to significantly change the nature of the received images. Using the second curtain flash allows you to capture the effect of movement behind the object, such as smudges for vehicle occupants. In contrast, flashes on the first curtain will register blur in front of the moving object in the scene.
Solutions implemented in the Yongnuo YN565EX III allow for free shaping and rapid adjustment of the emitted light. Moving the burner with automatic (or manual) lens, diffuser, and reflector will enable creative selection of the scene's lighting.
The systems used in the flash allow for a short time between two discharges (at full power and primary power supply) to just 2 seconds, providing almost constant readiness to work.
The main power source for the Yongnuo YN565EX III is four AA batteries. Its compatibility with universally available cells makes it operable virtually anywhere. Additionally, the lamp is equipped with a power-saving function that automatically turns off the lamp after a long idle period.
To further enhance device performance, you can connect it to an external power source or battery bank, such as the YN52000. An additional external power source will shorten the time between flashes and extend working time without needing to replace batteries.
The front-assist illuminator lamp enhances autofocus performance, helping you capture outstandingly detailed images in low light conditions.
The easy, backlit LCD and intuitive, feature-rich menus make it simple to navigate the lamp's functions. The large and convenient buttons ensure comfort even while wearing gloves. You can also enable or disable audible signals indicating the charge of the lamp and its readiness to re-flash.
The components of the YN565EX III are made of high-quality materials to ensure longevity. An advanced system protects the device from overheating. If high temperatures are detected, the protection mechanism will inform you and reduce available functions to protect the lamp from damage.
The mini USB port allows for software updates.
