The CUBE R1 requires at least one storage stick for recording. CUBE R1 storage sticks 1TB are available. Storage sticks 2TB will be available in August. The ability to record to a NAS system will be available with the next firmware

The CUBE R1 is an embedded device for multi-channel of NDI video recording. The device is the hardware version of Kiloview NDI Recorder which can record up to 9CH of NDI sources simultaneously with 1/4/9 grids preview video in synchronization.
Equipped with dual hot-swappable SSD slots, CUBE R1 supports non-stop recording. Both SFP and Ethernet connections allow for different network environments.

Up to 9CH NDI Sources Recording, Any Resolution, Any format
• Up to 9CH video preview and recording in synchronized status with 1/4/9 grids for preview.
• Auto-discovery of NDI sources in the same network, or any NDI sources in other networks by NDI Discovery Server.
• Recording file in the format of .mov, with fixed-size or fixed length by SSD or NAS*.
• NDI|HB/NDI|HX3/NDI|HX2 supported
• 1CH of video in recording and previewing simultaneously in resolution up to 4Kp60 with support of different playback speeds and preview frame by frame*.
• You can also pick one NDI source on the preview page to go live streaming.
• Converting multi-channel video in NDI|HB to H.265/H.264 for recording.

Plug-and-Play, Non-stop Recording
CUBE R1 is a turnkey solution offering plug-and-play operation, it supports non-stop recording by being equipped with dual hot-swappable SSD slots, and the design of the NVMe module on CUBE R1 can adapt to all the SSD types on the market. The safety lock switch ensures the whole process is safe and stable. And the USB Type-C interfaces can easily extend the recorded storage space.

Record in Synchronization Status
CUBE R1 supports a self-defined NTP Server to make sure all the NDI sources are recorded in synchronized status.
One-click Recording is supported, with one single press, easy the way of recording.

Various Multiview Layouts for Monitoring
1/4/9 multiview layouts are available for your choice. You can display/hide preview images/VU meters.
Customizable overlays for each window: Audio levels, Tally status, Current Bitrate, Synchronization Status, Source Names.

Safety Guaranteed
• CUBE R1 is an independent recorder, Kiloview guarantees your videos are recorded continuously, correctly, completely, and independently.
• Recording Quality Safety: Once a file gets full, the recorder will record the next file automatically to avoid frames losing.
• Operation Safety: In order to avoid misoperation and missing valuable recording sources, the system will be LOCKED during recording. Once locked, the system needs DOUBLE confirmation to unlock and pause.

Built-in LCD Touch-screen for Realtime Monitoring
A built-in LCD touch-screen allows users to check the status of Disk Storage, CPU, Temperature, Bandwidth & other crucial parameters that might affect the recording quality and process.
