Return Policy

Cabinet of Ministers of Latvian Republic regulations of 30 May, 2002 No.207 "Regulations on Distance Contracts" stipulate that the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the purchased items back to online store.

According to the Consumer Protection Section 12. Article, "The right of withdrawal is the consumer's right to unilaterally terminate the contract (cancel order), without any penalty or compensation for losses."

1. The right to return product is valid if:

• This product is returned with any proof of purchase and its warranty card;
• The packaging is intact and the product itself is not damaged;

Warning! If you have made a special purchase and received an invoice stating that upon payment you are not eligible for returning the products, then return policy will not work. (More info here, p.18.)

1. You have the right to decline the good upon delivery, if it is damaged or has its packaging damaged, or good's appearance and packaging differ from what You have ordered.
2. In case of refusal, the product must be returned to our office, which is located on Firsa Sadovnikova Street 39, Riga, on working days from 10:00 to 18:00. Customer must cover all return costs.
