The Blackmagic Design ATEM SDI Extreme ISO Switcher is an 8-input live production switcher designed for live streaming. It comes with an integrated control panel and advanced broadcast features. The switcher allows for live streaming using RTMP protocols and can also output the program as a webcam over USB. The ISO label indicates that each of the eight input videos can be individually recorded as an MP4, along with the program output via one of the USB Type-C ports. The switcher automatically generates a DaVinci Resolve project file for post-production editing. It supports various HD signals up to 1080p60 and offers frame rate and format converters for each input.
Stream live to platforms like YouTube, Facebook Live, Skype, Twitch, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and others supporting RTMP protocols.
The front panel features buttons for selecting sources, video effects, transitions, audio mixing, recording, and streaming control. Rear panel includes 3G-SDI connections, microphone inputs, USB for webcam output, and 4 x 3G-SDI AUX outputs.
Output via Ethernet connection or USB Type-C to recognize the show as a webcam input by various video software. Supports connecting 4G and 5G phones for mobile data backup.
Configure 3G-SDI outputs for multiview with up to 16 views including Program, Preview, inputs, SuperSource, clean feed, media player, streaming status, recording status, and audio meters.
Store up to 20 images in the media pool and supports various file formats. Compatible with ATEM Software Control Panel and other Blackmagic panels for configuration.
Supports direct recording to USB flash disks, recording of input channels as MP4 files, and integration with DaVinci Resolve for post-production editing.
Offers professional video effects, audio mixing with stereo inputs, Fairlight audio mixer, and headphone output.
Includes broadcast-caliber features accessible via the ATEM Software Control app on Mac or Windows computers.
