The SmallRig 4785 Camera Cage for Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera 6K is designed for handheld shooting with smooth camera movement. It protects the camera and offers various expansion options. The three point locking system secures the camera with two 1/4 20 screws at the bottom and a 1/4 20 screw at the top, while integrated silicone pads prevent scratches.

Always access
The cage provides unobstructed access to all camera interfaces, card slots, the flip screen and battery compartment. The lens adapter mount is compatible with Sigma MC 31, Sigma MC 21 and similar lens adapters and prevents damage to the camera mount. 


Versatile and highly compatible mounting solutions
The cage features 1/4 20 threaded holes, 3/8 16 threaded holes and ARRI mounting holes for attaching accessories. In addition, accessories and protective interface covers to prevent signal loss can be attached thanks to integrated 1/4 20 and 3/8 16 threaded holes, ARRI search holes and cold shoe attachment. Two 1/4 20 threaded holes in the handle prevent the camera from twisting in portrait orientation. The slider knob on the left side allows quick attachment of slider knob swivels and slider knob levers and enables quick mounting of accessories. The built in cold shoe mounts accommodate microphones, LED video lights, SSD mounting brackets and more. 


Band interfaces
The camera also has strap interfaces compatible with wristbands and shoulder straps. The QD interface ensures seamless integration with QD quick release shoulder straps.  The cage can be converted into a half cage for stabiliser setups, so you can easily level it. In addition, the cage has a magnetic Allen key on the bottom to make it easier to mount and dismount accessories.,
