Battery Plate Features

The F970 battery plate can be attached to any of the various 1/4-20 mounting holes that are integrated throughout the half and full camera cages as well as the multi-function top plate. A dummy battery cable can then be used to power your camera using the extended battery life provided by the Sony F970 battery.

Power Conversion

This adapter has a built-in power converter from 7.4 V to 12 V, which allows the camera to be powered from an external power supply. The coiled cable has a length of 40-70 cm, and the diameter of the DC connector BMPCC in the barrel is 0.7 mm. For BMPCC, it can certainly work with a maximum load current of up to 4A.

Cable Design

Due to the 90-degree design, the cable will not come out of the camera easily and can protect the camera interface from bending. It also allows the perfect distance to attach the HDMI cable.
