With the Quick Reader accessory, there’s no need to transfer files over WiFi, saving time, the camera’s battery and mobile storage space. Simply plug it into ONE RS to save files to the SD card and then plug it into your phone to or tablet and open the Insta360 app to start editing.

How to Use
Before use, insert a microSD card into the Quick Reader.

Connected to camera
1. On the camera, select Settings > General > USB Mode > Quick Reader, then click Confirm and the camera will restart.
2. Open the camera's Lock Cover and insert the Quick Reader.
3. When finished, disconnect the Quick Reader and replace the Lock Cover.

Note
1. Even if there is a microSD card in the camera, data will be saved to the SD card in the Quick Reader when it is connected to the camera.
2. If the Quick Reader is disconnected while shooting, the file will not be saved.
3. The Quick Reader (Horizontal Version) is splash-proof, but cannot be submerged in water. The Quick Reader (Vertical Version) is not waterproof.
! To ensure connectivity to the camera, it's recommended to avoid using Quick Reader while doing extreme sports or sports where strong vibration will occur.

Connected to a phone or tablet
Connect the Quick Reader and open the Insta360 app.
On iOS: Quick Reader files can be accessed directly.
On Android: Within the Insta360 app, tap "Settings > Quick Reader Settings > Choose directory > Choose this Folder" to play and edit the files.

Note
1. With some phone manufacturers, such as OPPO, you will need to enable OTG in the phone's settings before using the Quick Reader.
2. iPads with a Type-C port cannot play Quick Reader files via the Insta360 app due to Apple restrictions. Flat videos and photos can be played/edited using the Files app on the iPad. Other file types cannot be accessed.
3. Devices that don't support exFAT, such as Google Pixel phones, cannot read the files saved on the Quick Reader.
4. To ensure a solid connection, it is recommended to remove phone/tablet covers before using with the Quick Reader.
5. Please use a microSD/TF memory card with UHS-I V30 rating and exFAT format.

Connected to a computer
Ouick Reader files can be fully accessed on a computer, and files can be transferred between the two devices.
